Welcome to the Tom Barry on Awakening with Mother Earth podcast.
As many of you are aware, the essence of us all, is Source, Creator, or God nature.
Each of us is a direct and deliberate emanation of Source, an explicit expression of Creator manifested in absolute, Unconditional Love.
An essential element of what many are referring to as the ascension of Mother Earth and all upon her, is humanity returning to being fully conscious or our true nature as Source Beings, as beings of Infinite Love, with all the Sovereignty, Creative Power and Joy that is inherent in your higher conscious.
My name is Tom Barry, and I am a channel of angels, and of what are often referred to as Ascended Masters, who are Spirit Guides at the highest, most pristine realms of consciousness, where Unconditional Love, and all that issues from that: flawless union, effortless abundance, perfect joy, health and happiness are the only energies possible.
At the consciousness of Ascended Masters and angels, which is where you are headed, if you Choose, 3rd and 4th dimensional energies of separation and duality, such as judgment, expectation, disappointment, poverty, blame and hatred cannot, and will not, even exist.
I began channeling Ascended Masters and angels during my 18 years as a Buddhist monk. Eventually, as I began to clearly experience the Divine Nature of myself and all beings, I came to put down my robes as a monk, leaving religion and defines spiritual paths behind.
I learned to discover and BE my own Source nature more fully, and to help others, in their own way, who wish to experience, and then exist within their own, inherent, ascended consciousness.
My purpose is to help people, through connection with their own, intrinsic, Divine knowing (and their own Ascended Guides if they wish), to recognise, accept and Be their own Source nature.
This is how we move from the consciousness of separation, duality and suffering, to highest Fifth Dimensional consciousness of our true nature of Unconditional Love and Oneness with All That Is.
In the end, Dear Ones, it is all, of course, about Love.

Accomplish your Ascension by Living Your Life as Your Divine Truth
How the ascension energies will be manifesting changes within you will depend on how you live your life. The most powerful, effective way to accomplish your ascension is to be your divine truth.
The rate at which these influxes of powerful ascension energies are occurring, especially with the solstice, and the rate at which these energies result in manifestation, is accelerating exponentially. How the changes resulting from these highest ascension energies will be finding expressions in you will depend on how you live your life, how you to choose to express or not your own divine truth, how you choose to be day to day. So focus up more, apply more intent and mindfulness with the awareness of your reality, experience, and expression as an ascending being. You are creating much more powerfully and rapidly than ever before. So do your best to welcome these ascension energies and all of the changes within you; continue to let go of the negative stuff that comes up (fear, doubt, etc); and stay centered in a place of love, compassion, happiness, contentment. Be in a state of flow, of non-reaction to anything. Whatever you're experiencing is divine flow, and you accept that. There is no contradiction between this and manifesting what you want. You have to hear this with your heart, your brain will not grasp it. Acceptance of whatever is manifesting does not mean that you’ll necessarily remain passive. The nature of your existence with collective consciousness necessitates your interaction with life and the lives of others. Acceptance of divine flow doesn’t mean letting yourself get run over by a truck. Acceptance is a posture of accepting divine flow, trusting in the divine flow of all that is, while still moving through your life doing the best you can. As you can still your mind, the answers will come.
For humanity and the planet as well as you, take in these highest pure vibrations and energies and be light and love, radiating these energies out to humanity, whatever that looks like for you. Just keep doing it and having this intent, and you will reach the point where in every way the light and unconditional love will be your truth and experience. Your power as a divine being to heal yourself and create your own reality are far greater than you yet know. The most powerful, effective way to accomplish your ascension is to nurture your awareness of yourself as divine; to come to reside naturally in your truth, BE your truth. We suggest the mediation involving a pillar of light streaming from the galactic central sun, described in the February 20th, 2017 teaching.
