Move Beyond Ego/Mind by Staying in Unconditional Acceptance

There is no aspect of mind or ego that can rise to higher vibration. An effective way to move beyond the mind is to be in a place of absolute unconditional acceptance, and to make it a habit to be aware what your brain is doing.

Contained within the ever-higher energies coming into the planet are the blue prints or templates for the complete reunion of your highest aspects (light bodies) with every aspect of your being, including your physical bodies. This reunion cannot be complete if ego still exists. By ego we mean those aspects of humanity that were born out of concepts of separation. The same is true of the mind, they are basically the same thing: ego cannot exist without mind and mind cannot exist without ego. As the ancient Eastern saying goes, one who believes the mind to be real will not go beyond it. Mind and ego were born of the erroneous belief in duality, so there is no aspect of them—no thought or emotion—that can possibly be in keeping with divine flow/Truth. We ask you to move beyond mind: put aside every value and habit of mind, any thought process, completely without judgment. Be open and have the intent of going beyond.

You as a species have been inside the box of the mind for so long, you have great difficulty moving beyond it. An effective tool is to be in a place of absolute unconditional acceptance (not forever, but for now). This doesn’t mean being a doormat, letting a person or a situation be harmful to you or to go against your inner truth. You can still have unconditional acceptance of someone being abusive to you, you see this display occurring and then remove yourself from the situation if that seems the thing to do. To effectively have unconditional acceptance you need to be able to be in the moment, which goes together with mindfulness. If you’re aware of what’s happening with you moment by moment, then you can totally accept what’s happening with you moment by moment. A practice for doing this is to make it a habit to talk to yourself throughout the day (e.g., “now I’m opening the door”). Have the intent to be aware of what your brain is doing, then when you find yourself in habitual reaction—engaging the mind, a thought arising from your mind, whatever—let go, move to a posture of unconditional acceptance, and follow your inner knowing regarding what to do in the next moment. Ego and mind don’t like this, but they will be replaced by divine understanding: that moment-by-moment awareness that comes with residing in a state of oneness and unconditional love of all that is. Dear ones, we aren’t asking you to stop your healing or whatever, it is the consciousness with which you do it. You just need to let go enough so you can experience every aspect of whatever it is you do in that highest vibration of divine flow. When you connect with us, what comes intends to flow in through the filters of your habits and perceptions. This will improve exponentially as you truly let go of all that is mind.
