Your light body includes your chakras and merkaba; it will be the vehicle for you to ascend to fifth dimension. Meditation pulls light body into you. It is important to spend more and more time in meditation. Make it a habit of being mindful moment to moment so you can identify remaining issues as they arise and release them. 

Your light body is an aspect of your divine essence. It includes all divine light structures, including your chakras and merkaba. Light body is what ushered you into this incarnation, and it will be the vehicle for you to ascend to fifth dimension. Light body and all structures contained within it (chakras, merkaba) are spinning when functioning properly. In meditation, consciously pull in the very high vibrational energies of light body, declaring the intent of reestablishing the full connection of having your consciousness move into the vibration of light body. Meditation pulls light body into your astral body and the rest of your being, helping to break up the solid or still nature of your astral body and other energies. 

Mindfulness is objectively observing without judgment all that arises in the mind and emotion. It is important now for lightworkers to finally make it a habit of being mindful moment to moment so you can identify remaining issues as they arise, at which point you release them and re-center in your divine essence. Pull in ascending energies and engage us, asking our help to co-create your ascension with you and help you function at highest vibration possible. Ask us to help you be always aware of what’s going on with you. 

It is becoming ever more important to spend more and more time in meditation. When you meditate, pull in the massive influx of the fifth dimensional energies and pour them forth to all of Gaia and humanity with the consciousness that you are one with all to whom you are pouring forth, and that you a lightworkers leading the way. Be what you really are. Release, don’t worry, stay in higher vibration, be mindful, engender the consciousness of one with all that is, do your best to stay in place of compassionate intent that you are doing this for the ascension of all beings. That’s it.
